Meh, it Uber-Looped my comment. Damn drupal. Hey paul, I'm sure you know of phpBB, probably the most used BulletinBoard software on the web. Well, I found some awesome software called phpBB Plus. It comes with many hacks and mods preinstalled with a great frontpage interface. Here's what normal phpBB looks like, and here is what phpBB plus looks like. (I have skinned the Plus version but you can see the difference in modules.) The forum remains the same if you enter it, but it allows you to make news entries on the front page and plenty of other information. Just an idea for you, I know my site works great with it.
