Lockitron (aka Apigy Inc): Problems

In May of 2015 I placed an order for two Bolts with Bridges from Lockitron.com, which is owned by Apigy Inc. Well over a year later in December 2016 or January 2017 they finally shipped me two Bolts. It's now almost three years after the original order and they've still not sent out my bridge. In fact they closed my order and won't respond to support requests now. Ever tried calling them (+1 872 222 8717)? Good luck, they have yet to answer any of my calls. Tried their forums? Still waiting. The fact that they haven't bothered posting to Twitter in five months tells me if I want to a refund, I need to act fast. Oh yeah, the Lockitron Blog hasn't been updated since Feb 2017. More good signs. 

Ugh, what a pita. 

Edit: According to this post from Dec 2016 they should have already shipped both parts. Clearly they didn't to me. Hopefully they just missed me somehow. Of corse if their support won't talk to me then I'm SOL.
