Want free backups in 2023? My Bacula server is close to being online again. It'll be backed by one of the Scalar i6000 tape libraries, a 1U server with 192GB of RAM & 6x240GB Enterprise SSDs, all connected via 4x8Gbps FC with a 2Gbps uplink to the 'net.
The library will, initially, have 407 LTO6 tapes and perhaps more over time. That'll give it a hair under 1PiB or a hair over 1PB of raw tape.
